Saudi Arabia’s First Trump Tower Set to Launch in Jeddah
Saudi Arabia is poised to unveil its first Trump Tower in Jeddah this week, marking a significant milestone for the luxury real estate sector in the kingdom. The launch of Trump Tower Jeddah is being led by developer Dar Global, with the project set to be the first Trump-branded development to be launched following Donald Trump’s re-election in November 2020. He will officially take office again on January 20.
However, this is just the beginning. Dar Global is already planning two additional Trump-branded projects in Riyadh, in partnership with The Trump Organization.
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, expressed excitement over the upcoming developments: “These projects will redefine luxury living in Saudi Arabia’s capital and help strengthen our presence in this rapidly growing market.”
Currently, there are six Trump Towers around the world, with locations in the United States, India, Manila, Uruguay, and Turkey. Dar Global, the luxury division of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan, has also worked on several Trump Organization projects in Oman and Dubai.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice-President of The Trump Organization, commented on the ongoing collaboration: “Following the tremendous success of Trump International Oman, and our recent ventures in Dubai and Jeddah, we are excited to announce two new projects in Riyadh. These developments will set new standards in luxury and provide an unparalleled residential and lifestyle experience for years to come.”
With this continued partnership, the luxury real estate market in the Middle East is set to experience further transformation.
